These Terms of Sale govern purchases from LUALUAH ALKHADRA GENERAL TRADING - L.L.C through www.LUALUAH.ae. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy.

1. Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. The order is confirmed when we accept it and, for card payments, once payment has been authorised. We may decline an order if a piece is unavailable or if we cannot verify the delivery details.

2. Prices & payment

• All prices are quoted in UAE Dirham (AED).
• Accepted payment methods: card via our licensed payment processor, and cash on delivery inside the UAE where offered.
• We are not currently VAT-registered; no VAT is charged.
• For bespoke commissions we may require a deposit before production begins.

3. Delivery

We deliver inside the United Arab Emirates. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on stock and, for made-to-order pieces, on the atelier lead time. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

4. Bespoke commissioning

1. You submit a commission request through the Atelier or by contacting us on WhatsApp / email.
2. Our atelier confirms design, fabric, measurements, price and lead time.
3. A deposit is taken; production then begins.
4. Final fittings and adjustments are arranged before hand-over.
5. Bespoke pieces are non-returnable except for defects, as set out in the Returns Policy.

5. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. (5) of 2024 on Consumer Protection.

6. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The competent courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
